Item availability: All orders are shipped according to availability. You can find out an items availability by checking the item description. Orders will ship based on the availability of the least available item in the order. For example, if you order two items and one is marked with "Availability: usually ships in 1-2 weeks" and the other is marked as "ships next day" then you should expect 1-2 weeks processing time. If the availability of an item is not marked then please contact us to find out if it is in stock or not.

Shipping Companies: Domestic orders will ship with FedEx or UPS. Foreign orders will ship with UPS. No PO Box addresses accepted.

International Shipping Policy: We currently ship only within the U.S.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

• Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in new condition, with its original packaging and any accessories for a full product refund.
• We do not refund any shipping charges. Items that are used, not in original packaging or otherwise not in new, sellable condition are subject to a minimum 15 percent (15%) restocking fee.
• Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty and your right to return the product for a full refund.
• All the exchanges and refunds will be processed within 2 weeks from the moment we receive all the item(s) back.
• All returns require an RMA #. To obtain an RMA # contact us by sending an email by clicking here. Please include your name, order number, and a brief message describing why you are submitting a return request.
• If an item is found to be defective it can be returned within 30 days of delivery. You must contact us for instructions and to obtain an RMA number.
• Customers are responsible for paying all shipping charges to return an item to us. We will cover the cost of shipping replacement merchandise back to the customer unless it is for an international order.

All gift certificate purchases are final, no refunds. Items purchased using gift certificates are available for exchange only.

Any exceptions to this policy will be stated on the individual item's description page.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason we choose. All canceled orders will be immediately refunded.

Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Payment options are selected at checkout. If you check out with PayPal the payment will be sent to "USA54016.com and SCANDIMPORTS.com."
